S.A.B Lock Templates

S.A.B mortice lock 22 x 238mm faceplate, body and strike templates.

Two placements are needed to achieve the full length cut-out.

A 12mm plunge tip cutter and 16mm copy ring is needed to use this template with the TIDY TRADIE Router Jig 2.0.

Lock body templates require the use of our 16 x 161 x 12 long reach cutter a 20mm copy ring and the Doorprofi compensator.

The S,A.B faceplate is the same size as Mucheln locks.

Note, the strike plate template cannot do the full cut out on small door jambs that take 35mm doors. In Europe and Asia, all doors are minimum 40mm thick.
